"Hate lies and lying lips"
God seeks praises from His creation. All that He made, He created that they may bring Him praise from the ends of the earth. And that praise, which goes forth from our lips unto the Lord becomes a double-edged sword in our hands to execute judgement upon the nations, kings and nobles who have reviled God. How?
They have perpetuated lies and fabricated all kinds of deception in order to mislead the weak and vulnerable. God is saying that by bringing Him praise, we carry out the sentence that is written against the rulers of this world. How do we do that?
By pursuing truth. By seeking truth. By uncovering lies. And exposing the hidden things. When we do that we invoke praises from the mouths of the people, and every creature will bear witness by bursting into singing, and dancing, and shouting unto the Lord.
This is our glory. This honor has been given unto us — to enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise (because truth prevails!).
Wherever you may find yourself in this season, choose truth, hate lies. Let your goal be to bring to light what is hidden so that justice — God’s perfect judgment, is carried out upon the wicked through the praises of the righteous.

May the praise of God be in their mouths
