Go on a Treasure Hunt

Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is there will your heart be also. Some of us still get worked up over "not hearing from God" because we expect Him to come in a certain way. However, God prods us daily through the things we see, hear, read and even feel. Underneath our anxieties lie His still small voice. Simmering beneath heated moments of arguments and contentions is God's nondivergent wisdom, nudging us to be still and know that He holds our future. If you belong to that category, here is a prophecy for you. I received this word also on the 4th of January and I have experienced it -not just in my life, but I've also been privileged to have witnessed it in the lives of a few others. The Prophecy: Pay attention to what your heart is seeking cause there just might be a treasure awaiting your seeking heart. Watch your heart... What are you seeking? What are you longing for? It is a pointer to a treasure... so keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking... You will FIND! Why? The kingdom of God is like a treasure hidden...and a seeking heart will find it. So FOLLOW YOUR HEART. Sometimes, treasures call your heart... They nudge your heart... And you just find yourself looking for something out of the earth. You didn't make the first move. That treasure made the first move on you. And now, you're stuck in pursuit! Isn't God such a beautiful poet! Words are not enough to describe this indescribable God. God is drawing us to Himself. So, you can see that the desire for His holy mountain is a nudge that tells you that you will find a treasure there also if you stay in pursuit of His presence. However, here is what I am really talking about. I am talking about that dream, that mission, that voyage... that your heart is longing for. God may not speak in a loud bass voice but He is speaking through His nudgings and His proddings. What is your heart longing for? It may be a book you are meant to write or begin a business you are destined to run, it could be a foundation you have been called to devote your entire life to, or it could be a mission to help the underprivileged in faraway Soweto. It could be anything. What is your heart longing for? In 2018, God is nudging His daughters towards His big dreams for their lives. And if you will pay close attention to what your heart is seeking, you will find it. Mostly, some of you will get confirmations during a sisterhood connection, so pay attention. These are unusual times with unusual happenings. Go on a treasure hunt! That is a command. It is not a suggestion. It is not just a title either. It is a firm command from Heaven. In the original translation for Matthew 7:7, we are told, to ask, seek, knock, and don't stop asking, don't stop seeking and don't stop knocking... This speaks of persistence. God loves a bold and a courageousheart. And a treasure hunt would require loads of both. Also, this treasure hunt is not one done in the flesh. It is not about pursuing your selfish ambitions or about unhealthy competitions. It is about a deliberate walk with the Holy Spirit. When you develop intimacy with God, He will begin to grant your deepest desires. You know why? Because He is the origin of our deepest desires. If you follow your heart, you will find a treasure. If you follow the Holy Spirit, you will collide with destiny! Shalom.

Matthew 7:7 'Ask...don't stop asking, and you will receive, seek...don't stop seeking... and you will find, knock...don't stop knocking and the door will be opened unto you.'
