If He made your hands, wouldn't He know how to read?
Be anxious for nothing but in everything with prayer and supplication let your request be made known unto God. [Philippians 4:6] That is the scripture upon my heart this morning.
How is the prayer room going? Hope you are getting along well, remembering your sisters in prayer. I just finished making 9 entries of prayers/requests in my new prayer journal. I woke up to pray and realized that I was yet to complete the entries of prayers for the list I’d made. I now have 25 names in my list and I’ve made 18 entries.
I know that with time these prayers/requests would become a memorial unto the Lord. An altar of praise. That is what answered prayers become. They become a memorial unto God; a place of worship, thanksgiving and praise. May the Lord answer all your prayers and grant all your requests in this season in Jesus name. Amen.
As I wrote in my prayer journal this morning, I simply wrote and meditated on the words as they flowed out from the depths of my spirit. I believe that the Lord who created the mouth also gave speech and He who created the hands also gave the ability to write. Therefore, just as our spoken prayers wouldn’t go unheard, our written petitions will not go unread. For the one who created the ears, wouldn’t He hear? And the one who created the eyes, wouldn’t He read? And He who created the heart, wouldn’t He have understanding?
Therefore, be of good cheer. God hears you even when words are too heavy for your mouth to utter. And when all you can do is to write in your journal what plagues you, be rest assured that He sees it and He can very well read. God is all encompassing. He is greater than all our limitations.
Keep those candles burning. Seek His face for your sisters. He will grant answers. Amen.
Exodus 4:11
The Lord said to him (Moses), ‘Who gave human beings their mouth? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord?’
